With so many new emerging technologies, software and platforms available, it might be quite overwhelming for teachers to find the right set of tools matched to your grade level and content area.

When finding edtech, there are a variety of resources. Using a search engine with strategic keywords is certainly one method every teacher use. However, there are a variety of additional which I have listed below –

Common Sense Media: Billed as the AARP for kids, this is a comprehensive resource funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation.

App Ed Review: This research-based database of apps, websites, and lessons provides instructional ideas, rankings, and searchable database of edtech. It was put together by Dr. Cherner and his colleague Dr. Lee.

Edshelf: An easy-to-use database of educational tools designed by Mike Lee, Edshelf can be searched for the right tool, and each tool includes a brief overview and often a link to learn more about it.

Kathy Schrock’s Guide to Everything: This curated list of edtech uses headers and link to connect users with the edtech they seek.

Finding the right tools has never been easier! Goodluck locating the perfect EdTech for your class now.
